We've turned a typically complex task into a simplified, user-friendly process, empowering Solidaridad to better understand the needs and experiences of the farmers they work with.

The heart of our IVR Solution is the easy-to-use, drag-and-drop questionnaire builder. This feature enables Solidaridad's team to formulate audio-based questionnaires quickly and easily, eliminating technical difficulties. The system then auto-dials scheduled calls to about 50,000 farmers, presenting the prepared questions. Each farmer responds using the keys on their phone, and these responses are captured for further analysis and report generation.

Improved Stakeholder Engagement

The IVR solution is designed to boost stakeholder engagement by ensuring a seamless interaction experience. With its capacity to manage numerous concurrent calls, the IVR solution ensures that every caller is attended to promptly, eliminating long waiting times.

The system can route calls to appropriate departments or provide pre-recorded responses for commonly asked questions, ultimately enhancing efficiency and improving stakeholder satisfaction.

Data Analysis and Decision Making
